This pump arrived well packaged in a good quality box, together with the mains cable (standard 2-pin AC socket on the unit), 2 short vacuum hoses and 2 inline filters to protect the pump. The product description mentions DC 12V but the unit actually runs off AC 220V. The vacuum holds well when the pump is turned off. Maximum vacuum is 0.8MPa or -25mmHg. The pump has 4 rubber suction feet so it stays in place on the work surface. The pump is rather noisy especially at lower speeds. As the speed is increased the resonant frequency improves and the pump becomes quieter. I only tested it so far for vacuum filtration where it works well.
