Not a one size fits all. A little big around neck so don’t sit good over ears so wouldn’t be good for a lot of movement. I did use them last night to listen to my meditation while sleeping and was comfortable but Bluetooth kept disconnecting. I only slept for about 5 hours and they still had battery which may be due to they kept disconnecting and cutting off throughout the night.
