Q : How to charge your UTRAI starter?
Type C Charging your Jump Starter anywhere 4-5 hours full Charging
★At Home :
1. Plug the USB cable into computer or any USB 2A wall adaptor (not included).
2. Connect the Type-C port into the Jump Starter.
★In Car :
1. Plug the car adaptor (not included) into the socket.
2. Connect the Type-C port into the Jump Starter.
★Outdoor :
You can use the solar charging panel to charge the jump starter,
but pls confirm the output voltage/current is ≤DC5V/3A，
otherwise the jump starter will enter the protection state.
Q : How to know the connection error?
★Ready to work —Flashing red and green

★Connect error —Wrong sound and red light

1. Is the jump starter suitable for my vehicle?
Your car bettery voltage should be 12 volt, and the engine power should be under the listed max engine power.
JS-One: 8.0L gas / 6.5L diesel.
2. Can jump starter charge car battery or be used for an electric car?
No. It can’t.
3. What are the operating temperatures for JS?
Utrai JS can operate within the temperature range -4ºF to 140ºF (-20ºC to 60ºC). JS is equipped with thermal sensors that will prevent it from operating outside of this temperature range for your own safety.
4. How often should my unit be recharged?
We recommend to recharge the Utrai Jump Starter every 3 months and keep more than 50% battery to start your car for emergency.
5. Can the battery inside JS be replaced?
No. We do not replace the batteries or repair the units, but replace the whole unit if it tests faulty.
6. Why is the red light always on and sound the horn?
When using the positive and negative terminals will be connected to reverse the alarm, the correct operation is the red clip clip positive, black clip clip negative, you need to remove the connection cable to reconnect positive and negative use.
7. Why the jump starter doesn’t work?
Jump starter can only start your car when the car battery is dead.
In other conditions, such as car battery or alternator is broken, the jump starter will not work.
8. What should I do if this unit can’t start a vehicle?
Recharge this unit fully, and try to press the power button after connecting the vehicle battery correctly, a solid green light will show on the clamp or READY(Solid) will appear on the screen ( for some models have the LCD screen), then start the vehicle within 30s.
