Item is as described by the seller. Quite light due to the fact that it does not have a through tang so won't be as robust as a more expensive type but very good for the money. Makes an ideal kitchen knife which is light to use. Blade did need a little sharpening when received, but easy to do. Very happy with purchase and delivery was very fast.
