Ran them under the sink and they still work, so they appear to be waterproof. Sound quality is fine (all bone conducting headphones sound a bit tinny. For those having trouble the buttons are dual function. Once powered on the device defaults to Bluetooth mode. Double tap the power button to switch to playing music stored on the headset. To add music just plug the headphones into your computer via the provided USB cable (the cable has a weird charger for the headset, so if you break it or lose it you are SOL). It will play the tracks in order, there does not appear to be a way to play randomly. Middle button: One tap - play/pause, two taps - switch Bluetooth/on board audio modes, Press&Hold - Power on/off. Volume up button - One tap - Volume up, Two taps - Next track, Press&Hold - Nothing Volume down button - One tap - Volume down, Two taps - Previous track, Press&Hold - Nothing Pressing the buttons in combination also appears to do nothing.

The headphones are great, perfect for swimming, I went swimming in them 3 times and they are working great. Once I had weird lag with the sound, but turning it off and on fixed it.
The product is very very very good. I bought it for swimming, but it's the best. When swimming, you can use it in MP3 mode, and connect the PC with the enclosed cable it is recognized as a croc. You can put a music file in and use it, and if you lose the charging cable, you can't charge and file transfer. It will be. The middle button with 3 buttons is the power button. Press about 3 seconds to turn on. If you want to switch to de-in MP mode, press the power button 2 times to switch. The back and forth button is moved to the front and back music by pressing the volume increase and decrease the volume 2 times. Best for swimming ~!
It’s perfect for the intended use, ride my bike listening to my tunes keeping attention to ambient noise, and vehicles surrounding me, but without a cellphone in the pocket. It’s light, doesn’t interfere with my bicycle helmet therefore no complaints.
