When your QCY H3 using our 3.5mm cable (i.e. wired mode is on), the headset is in close mode and only supports audio output. The Bluetooth function (ANC, EQ, etc.) and microphone unable to be used.
If you need to use related functions, please switch to wireless mode and confirm the Bluetooth was connected.

1. 43dB in-depth noise canceling is achieved by ANC and PNC working together, which is measured by Hele Acoustic Lab.
2. Adaptive noise canceling can only be turned on in ANC ON mode and these two functions will work together.
3. Please refer to user manual to download QCY App before you can switch among noise canceling modes and adjust the level.
Boosted mode is the default and any mode change will be remained when you power on the headset again.
4. Press ANC Button to switch mode and you’ll hear voice prompt accordingly.
5. For Android users we recommend you to select SBC in developer options before you use Gaming Mode.

These headphones perform really well for their price point. The build quality feels solid and comfortable. There is a lot of padding, so I don't have problems even while wearing glasses. The audio quality sounds good. The noise canceling actually works, at least for sounds that are constant and follow a pattern. The headphones give you a lot of options and you can change things more in the app, such as equalizer settings, though the default curve has a strange dip. One thing I wish was different was that passive mode were easier to activate, such as the ANC button going from On to Passive instead of to Off. Shipping took forever.
