The speaker is so great! I love it. But the whole experience using customer service has been terrible. Contacted and asked for tracking number and agent opened a dispute & refund. Purchased a 2nd speaker because i was surprised of the good quality & sound. (so far i have 3 speakers from ortizan - love them). But my second order got canceled again and contacting support does not help at all. Now i have to basically purchase again! The speaker is amazing, but do not contact support or anyone. You wilp not be understood, they will cancel the sale & refund.
