1.About Version:U/U1 is US version, NOT support OTA update, but U1 supports OTA update, usually we send U1 version to customers. About Global version with full languages and supports OTA update.

2.About Language:For U/U1 version, when you turn on the phone, maybe there only have Deutsch/French/ Spanish/ Portuguese / Italian / Japanese / Korean / Vietnamese / Chinese languages options, but you can add your languages by yourself easily. If you don’t know how to do it, please contact us to get video for setting.

For U/U1 version, some languages (such as Russian, Arabic, Hebrew, Polish etc.) are only partial in this phone. That’s means even you set the default language into Russian / Arabic / Hebrew / Polish, there still have about 50% menus showing in English. But the other languages are completed.

3.About Memory:The internal storage will be less than specification, since part of it will be occupied by built-in system and apps. For example, ROM is 128GB, but only 110-123GB can be used, it is normal.

4.About Battery:The battery efficiency of phone will be less than standard. Normally Battery capacity is about 80%-90%. We do not accept any test from the third-party application.

5.About Phone:This is used phone, not brand new, we will test the phone make sure it’s working fine with good condition too.

6.About Waterproof:The phones NOT support waterproof anymore, as the phone is exchanging the new housing from the USED phone.

7.About accessories:All accessories not original, but with good quality, any dispute for “Fake accessories” will not be accepted, we don’t offer warranty for the accessories.

About the Return:

About the Customs:
