Q1.The V3MONO runs hot and feels scorching to the touch. Is it safe?
V3 Mono employs a unique cooling design. We closely integrate the amplifier chip’s heatsink with the chassis, effectively turning the entire chassis into a radiator. Additionally, we have included vent holes on the sides of the chassis to enhance air circulation. Since the chassis serves as a radiator, its surface temperature may seem a bit high. However, this indicates that the heat from the amplifier chip is being effectively transferred to the chassis, allowing the V3 Mono to stably maintain high power output continuously. We have also conducted extensive safety testing on the V3 Mono to ensure it poses no safety risk, so please rest assured.
You can use a cooling fan to help cool it down if needed.
Q2:When two V3 MONO units are connected to a filter, why does the other unit emit a humming sound when one is turned off?
This is normal. If you wish to resolve this issue, you need to configure a separate filter for each V3 MONO.
