The EKSA E5000 Pro has a built-in 7.1 surround sound chip. The 7.1 surround sound effect can be activated by connecting with the USB cable or Type C cable provided by us, and the 7.1 surround sound effect can be realized on PS4/PS5/Switch/Smartphone and other devices.
Note: The 7.1 surround sound effect cannot be activated when connecting headphones with a 3.5mm cable

Important: to function fully (RGB and software), the headset must be connected with the USB Type-C to USB, not aux. the aux connection does not provide electricity or identified by the software.
