11 days from order to delivery, very good service. Earphones arrived undamaged. No box provided but the zip lock back is quite adequate to hold the earphones, power cord, other size rubber domes and manual. Note USB is C which makes it so much easier to plug in. Arrived at 98% charge. After fully charging it I used the earphones for 8 hours before the SOC dropped back to 98%, this tells me these earphones have a decent battery capacity, I estimate in excess of 200 hours. Sound wise I found them excellent rich bright with good bass without sounding boxy Neck strap is very slim and flexible. Controls are easy to use and logical. Haven't used them for phone calls, but Bluetooth connection to my tablet or PC works without a hitch. Thoroughly recommended.

7 days from order to delivery, excellent service. Arrived undamaged and extremely well packaged. This is the second pair of these headphones I have bought. Sound quality is fine for my ears, full and rich with good bass. Voice instructions as delivered are in English, but simple to change if required. Simple but adequate manual. 8 hours use brings state of charge down to 88% so I figure that's about 66 hours of use without charging, excellent. (i.e. they would out last any long-haul flight even with stop over delays) Highly recommended.
