Precautions:
1. Sanding headlight carefully before restoration
2. Please pour liquid before connecting to power supply
3. Use only the specified power supply included
4. Keep plastic mouthtip 1-2CM away from headlight during working
5. The repair fluid is volatile liquid. Please use it as soon as possible
6. Don’t get close to the heat source, don’t hit it violently.

Polishing Phase:
1. Use a cleaning cloth to clean small things on the light surface
2. Apply 2 to 3 coats of masking tape to the paint around the lights to avoid damaging the paint when sanding
3. Connect the water to ensure that the surface of the headlight is kept wet when grinding; when spraying water, grinding
4. The headlights should be polished evenly for more than half an hour, and the headlights should be staggered with sandpaper in turn (the sandpaper use order is: 180# – 280# – 320# – 600# – 800# – 1200# )
5. Each time you replace a piece of sandpaper, you need to change the sanding direction (for example, 180# sandpaper is used for horizontal sanding, after sanding is completed, 280# sandpaper needs to be sanded vertically, and so on.)
5. After sanding, use a clean towel to dry the moisture and watermarks on the lamp surface.
Fumigation Phase:
1. Pour about 50ml headlight repair material into a heating cup and heat for 5 to 10 minutes until smoke comes out
2. The air outlet of the heating cup is about 1cm away from the light surface of the headlight, starting from the edge and moving smoothly
3. When the headlight is on, there is no need for repeated fumigation. You can no longer move the heating mug and let the light surface dry naturally
4. After repairing the headlight, immediately turn off the power, wait 2 minutes, and then use the funnel to extract the remaining repair materials.
