2.For regular sized dresses with no changes,please message me your return request within 5 days of receiving the dress. The returned item must be in perfect condition (as new), you can try the dress on,but be sure not to stretch it or make any dirty marks, otherwise it will not be accepted.
3.We hold the right to refuse any unreasonable returns, such as wrong custom made measurements you provided or standard size which we made right but you chose wrongly, or your event is canceled or the dress is not needed any more, etc.
4.Please must help clear the Custom Taxes.Returned fee will be covered at customer’s end if you do not cooperate with Tax clearance. Please understand, however customs duty is out of our control, we can’t guarantee any tax fee and will not bear any tax fee. All the fees possibly arising out of customs clearance are not covered under the Free Shipping provision.
