The product is as described. Seller was supportive as much as they can. For this product order I have had the worst buying experience ever in my 11,5 years being an AE customer. AE logistics have sent the items through GFS Express. GFS Express Saudi Arabia Branch is not in the caliber of being a courier company as per Ali Express standards that I used to enjoy. Their call center never responds as well as Chat services. You can only communicate with bots or voice messages. They have some problem at the customs to do clearance so you have to follow the process by yourself day and night for receiving your goods. Customs clearance process in Saudi Arabia does not allow individuals to search their goods with tracking number.
