Notes
1. The unit is mainly for sinks, not for shower purposes. Please verify this unit is the right size for you before buying. The wire is required to be more than 2.5m² and the circuit breaker switch is greater than 32 A. You need to prepare a water pipe, valve, and other excluded accessories yourself.
2. You can only control the water temperature by adjusting the water flow(large water flow, low temperature; small water flow, high temperature).
3. It must be installed vertically upward instead of horizontally, sideways, or flatly. Please properly ground the ground wire during installation, and it is forbidden to use a mobile socket. Beware of potential safety hazards in electricity use. Improper installation may lead to major safety hazards. It is recommended to install by professionals instead of yourself.
4. Please make sure the water heater is mounted firmly to bear the weight of the water heater after it is filled with sufficient water. The electric water heater should be installed indoors, where the ambient temperature is above 0°C. The pipeline should be centrally arranged and the hot water outlet should not be too far from the hot water use point.
5. The power switch should be installed on the cabinet and should not be touched by water. During installation, pay attention to the safe distance between the water heater and the gas pipeline, and keep the water heater at least half a meter away from the gas appliances, gas pipelines, gas meters, and other sources.
6. The length of the water outlet pipe of the water heater is recommended not to exceed 3m. Otherwise, the water pressure may not be enough to start the machine because the water pipe is too long. (If the water tower is used in rural areas, the height of the water tower is required to be higher than 10m to make the water pressure reach the starting value).
7. If the display screen shows E1(overtemperature), E3/E4, or temperature sensor failure, first cut off the power, use cold water to pass through the machine once, and then use it when powered on. Note that the water flow should not be too small at ordinary times.
8. Please make sure cold water flows through this water heater before your first time use.
9. Please check whether the power supply is normally powered on. The indicator light on the power-on display will show the temperature, but it will not light up if it is not powered on.If the temperature does not rise, you can press the temperature control switch or replace the heating pipe.
10. If there is a display without heating and the display shows that the marquee lamp turns around, it means that the water flow has not passed through the water heater, the water pressure is too low, or the installation direction is wrong. Note that the water inlet and outlet should be installed correctly. However, if the water pressure is enough and the water flow does not heat, then check the water inlet turbine of the water heater. It may be that something dirty is blocking the turbine, causing the water heater to not start.
11. Please read the English manual carefully and completely before use. And pay attention to the safety instructions included.
12. Please allow the slight color difference caused by the shooting light and 1-3cm error due to manual measurement, and make sure you do not mind before you order.
