Cautions:
1. Clean oils, oxides and other contaminants of brazing components and solder surface
2. Before welding, workpiece must be preheated to about degrees and electrode coated with appropriate amount of brazing
3. After welding, cleaning welds, prevent corrosion of residues solder
4. It should be stored in a dry place, against damp.
Welding operation:
1. Mix the welding powder with water to paste.
2. Apply paste to the mouth of welding workpiece, or pre-heating the brazing and soldering alloy first.
3. Use the brazing and soldering alloy with the welding powder. The welding for gap could not too big. It is normally 0.01-0.05mm.
In the flame brazing, usually to use neutral welding. In the operation, should to avoid to use the flame to heat the brazing & soldering alloy and the welding powder.
